If you need a problem solved a specific way, you must make it clear to the Solution Center along with your submission.
All users of the Solution Center or Tutor Center will get a price quote on any new homework request or live session request. After you have received your price quote, you have the option of accepting the quote by authorizing payment. It is important to understand that when you authorize payment, you are not being billed; instead, you are giving approval either for the work to be done or the live session to be scheduled at the quoted price. The system also checks your credit card at this time to make sure it is valid for the quoted amount. When the problem solver finishes your homework assignment or your online tutoring session ends, billing will then occur when the request is closed. You will not be charged for follow-up questions and/or explanations if they are limited in number and are conducted through the message board.
If you require extensive time talking directly with a problem solver about your homework, you will need to pay for an online tutoring session, where the use of a pen/tablet/headset is recommended. These real-time, online tutoring sessions are both professional and very inexpensive.
After work has been received by you from the Solution Center, refunds are not available. 24HourAnswers.com must pay its staff tutors for the time they work on your submissions, regardless of the final outcome.
