Comment : I have never used online tutoring services before reaching out to ruby. I gave her 45 days to finish the project. She asked for 1500$ originally. I was straightforward with my offering (500$)from the beginning, which was beyond what I could afford. She agreed on the price, never mentioned how poor the quality of the work would be. In her own words “Given the number of cancellations I have had with other students due to the current global situation; I will do this for you for 500. Let us get this done”. She submitted three versions. The first submission overlooked the final project requirements, there was plenty of misconduct. out of 15 pages, only 6 of them were written information and the rest of the pages were purely images, the paper layout ended up with double space text and extra space between sentences and paragraphs. The project was so rushed out, she had to work on it for the second time. This was her response “I warned you there will be less detail because you're paying less than half of what I would charge for a report like this. I will do what I can to fill the double space correction. But not beyond that. our agreement was 15 minimum, She was unableto supply the final project with more papers and as a result, she submitted 11pages in total and only 4 them are written information. she did not even want to do a simple google search. In order for her to supplement this report with 3 more pages of writing, I had to provide her with additional information on the project, I was happy to help and provided her with the staff report and decision report. It came to me as a surprise when I was penalized for plagiarism. After submitting ruby’s work my instructor sent me this email. “Upon reviewing your final project for my class, I came to realize that it was plagiarized from a report Ihad written in 2017. Also, in addition to largely not following the project instructions, you have not cited any other sources that you referenced in your submissions, such as the Union Square Neighborhood Plan and Supervision. This has come to the attention of Advising and Academic Affairs, and they will be convening a review board to review the matter”. that is insane, I can't even argue about paraphrasing the context. it is was literally a plagiarism issue. she literally copied and pasted 4 pages from the report I shared with her. When I expressed my frustration, her answer was “in the future, if it’s important, pay for it”. I don't know what worse telling the review board the truth and get suspended or take the blame and be looked down on for stealing somebody’s work and effort.

Comment : My tutor was very self-contained; which meant that she didn't have the initiative to fully understand and grasp the overall concept of my assignment brief. This led to an unfavourable outcome - as the assessment she had completed for me received a low mark from my professor at university. With regards to communication, she was quite slow and unresponsive to my messages at times - which greatly decreased my overall satisfaction of using this service. Not only that, but the price was near $620 USD - which is a great price to pay for a low-quality product. In general, yeah I feel very ripped off and unsatisfied with what I have received using this service...
