Bank of America has a very large organizational structure. It consists of 2 main areas, which include Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. and NB Holdings Corporation. Merrill Lynch & Co Inc. is made up of multiple holding companies and select major operating subsidiaries. Some of the main ones include Merrill Lynch International Incorporated and Merrill Lynch Financial Markets. These each have may sub divisions of each holding company.
