Society is comprised of individuals and entities as well as resources. The resources are scarce and as such, individuals and entities try to gain control over these scarce resources. In order to ensure that all tasks are completed in an efficient manner, there is the need for some regulatory body that can resolve the disputes and promote fair transactions.
Role of law and order
Melvin (2011) has stated that law and order leads to creation of rules and regulations that can be enforced and are binding on the parties also for complete implementation.
