This report discusses my leadership plan in furthering my business of making furniture products. My family is involved in the business of making and selling furniture products which are completely eco friendly and can also be 100% recycled to minimize the issues of waste treatment and disposal. Currently the operations are limited to the US. However, I intend to expand the business globally and research, manufacture and market the eco friendly furniture products across the global markets.
