Create a Java program using arrays and methods to generate random characters (A-Z).
Output each of the random letters and the count each of the letters produced.

Output should include each of the random characters separated by a blank space. Approximately 60 characters should be placed on each line. Also, output the quantity of each of the characters.
Output the total number of characters generated at the end of output.
