The teacher's philosophy regarding learning and teaching
It was an enjoyable experience observing Teacher J. I found essential similarities between the teacher's learning and teaching philosophy. I established the teacher's teaching philosophy as treating all students as unique and he had the obligation to stimulate an educational setting where each student can grow mentally socially, physically, and emotionally. From my observation, the teacher's learning philosophy was that each student presents a unique challenge into the classroom and envisaging the issues allows the instructor to become more competent in tailoring the learning environment to meet all the presenting needs. Di and McEwan (2016) emphasize the need for aligning the teaching and learning philosophy as it allows for a sense of harmony.
