Introduction
Since change is an inevitable concept, there comes a time in the organization where strategies, culture, processes, technologies, and procedures are likely to be different from the previously adopted ones and such situations are likely to affect the organization differently. Organization change involves the changes in the mentioned aspects as well as the impacts and reaction to the change. Different organizations adopt changes different but since change basically means introduction of something that is new, the reactions across organizations are almost similar hence sometimes leading to crisis that needs adoption of communication differently in the different phases as well as a transformational leader for things to turn back to normalcy after adopting the changes.

Reactions to change
Organizational change occurs at different stages of the change process including the development, planning and implementation stages, and since through all these stages the status quo is disrupted, reactions are likely to occur across all the stages.
