1. Describe the typical decisions you are required to make on a daily basis.
Due to the urgency of the project tasks, I am always challenged to reorganize labor force activity in order to achieve best results. For example, in the situation of bad supply schedule (transportation problems, lack of required resources, concrete factory problems...) I need to switch priorities of the dynamic construction plan. As a result, the site activities will be continued without significant delays.

2. Tell me about a time when you had to analyze or solve a difficult problem.
Two workers had a conflict based on their personal reasons. The construction site was in the rushing phase and I had a responsibility to reach the deadline. The easiest way was to report those two workers but I decided not to do this because of the possible delays in work if they got fired. I have made an additional effort to get the things better among them. I gave them higher reasonability and forced them to work together. The result was great. They have overcome their conflict because they were more satisfied with the job task which was a bit different than the daily work routine.

3. Describe a time when you had to consider various options before you could come to a conclusion.
Once I had a situation to choose the new supplies since the old one canceled his services. At the beginning of my search, I had been searching for the expert in that field but the prices were much bigger than we could afford at that moment. After few days of consideration, I have finally decided to choose a newly opened company with the thought that it would be much more reliable since they were new at the market and they needed to achieve a reputation.

4. Give me an example of a time when you used good judgment and logic in solving a problem.
Once I have noticed very high column comparing to its cross-section dimensions. Regardless what was in the project it did a little basic calculation and realized that the column had problems with slenderness. I called the designer and he had confirmed that I did the right thing.

5. Give me an example of a time you had to make an important decision. How did you make the decision?
I have been asked by my boss to choose the one man who needs to be fired due to the reduction of the project requirements. By qualification all the labor were similar, so I considered social characteristic of the workers. I â€œfiredâ€ the man who did not make so good communication with others. As a result, my time was more relaxed in work.
