A concerned onlooker called BCAS on site at 0030 hrs after the reportedly suspicious fire. According to the report by the battalion chief upon arrival, there have been more than one hundred onlookers watching the fire.
Other evidence including gallons of gasoline indicates beyond reasonable doubts that it is an Arson fire. In past media reports Novandon Stores has recently fired 18 women after continued gender issues.
