For this assignment, you will select and create a fictitious data sets using information from the site to demonstrate your skills in the basics of statistical analyses. You will need to:
Describe your research question.
State a hypothesis.
List and explain the variables you are using from the dataset. Should you design a study with just two variables, make a recommendation for a third variable and how that might add to interpretation of the data.
Select a random sample of data from your dataset. The data should have a minimum of 30 cases, but not more than 200 cases. (Hint: You can use the “random” function in either Excel or SPSS to generate a random sample from your dataset.)
Conduct a descriptive data analysis that includes the following:
a measure of central tendency
a measure of dispersion
at least one graph

Briefly interpret the descriptive data analysis.
Conduct the appropriate statistical test that will answer your hypothesis. It must be a statistical test covered in this course such as regression analysis, single t-test, independent t-test, cross-tabulations, Chi-square, or One-Way ANOVA. Explain your justification for using the test based on the type of data and the level of measurement.
Report and interpret your findings. Use APA style and include a statement about whether you reject or fail to reject the null hypothesis. Here are some resources that will help you with APA formatting in this step:
Reporting Statistics in APA Style
Reporting Results of Common Statistical Tests in APA Format
Copy and paste your Excel or SPSS data output and place it in an appendix.
Remember, the goal of this project is to show what you have learned in the course. Therefore, this project becomes a cumulative learning project where you can demonstrate what you have learned through all the previous assignments, readings and video presentations that you have watched.
Length: 10-15 pages
Your response should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Where applicable, your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards. The harmonization of the organizational policies with both employees and aims of the organization put ‘leadership’ forward. The leader in the organization plays an important role in the establishment of this balance between the organization and the employees and in the motivation of the employees. Leader is responsible for increasing organizational productivity by motivating employees in the organization. The idea that the success of the organization can pass through the success of the employees should not be ignored by the leader.
Motivation is considered as an important phenomenon that directs human relations. Perhaps the essence of leadership is to direct the efforts of its subordinates towards organizational goals. The willingness of the employees, their job involvement and effort will be possible due to the motivation of the leader. The main task of the leader is to keep the wishes of the employees constant and alive; keeping the communication channels open in the organization, allowing them to realize themselves and developing a sense of trust for this purpose. In this respect, the leader plays a key role and function in motivating the employees of the organization.
The aim of this study is to examine the issues of leadership and motivation from a empirical perspective and to examine the relationship between these two concepts to a certain extent.

While the leader is considered to be the person who encourages people, transmits their experiences to them under certain circumstances, time and conditions in order to achieve organizational goals and makes the members of the organization satisfied with the management, on the other hand, leadership is regarded as the process of influencing group activities in the realization of organizational goals (Blank and Werner, 1993: 17). In another sense, leadership is defined as an effort to possess organized members for a specific purpose in order to achieve the goals (Vecchio, 1991, p. 202). The leader should look to the future with hope and optimism, take risks when necessary, trust his subordinates, analyze the environment well, set out his goals and standards, create an environment in which he can behave...
