1. In the week between 25th of February and 3rd of March I decided to take care of my calorie intake and started to be more active. During this period of time I tried and succeeded to eat between 1400 and 2000 kcal per day. Although I was very strict about my diet and calorie intake, I didn’t have time and energy to make my food more versatile. I will need to focus more on fresh fruit and vegetables intake that will provide me macronutrients like carbohydrates as well as vitamins, minerals and fibers. Unhealthy food rich in saturated fatty acids and sucrose can be replaced by a healthier variant. Because I started to be more active I spent more time outdoors and I felt healthier.
