QuestionQuestion

Lab 3: Velocity and Acceleration
Part 1: Instantaneous Velocity
a) Experimental Instantaneous Velocity
Print out graphs and draw tangent lines.
i) t = 0.25 s
ii) t = 1.00s
iii) t = 2.00 S
iv) t = 3.00s

b) Theoretical Instantaneous Velocity
Click on "Analyze" then "Tangent"
i) t = 0.25 S
ii) t = 1.00 S
iii) t = 2.00 S
iv) t = 3.00 S

Part 2: Average Velocity
Print out graphs and draw in secant lines.
i) Between t = 0.25 s to t = 1.00 S
ii) Between t = 2.00 S to t = 3.00 S
For theoretical average velocity, obtain the position by going to "analyze" and clicking on "Examine" in Logger Pro.

Part 3: Average Acceleration
i) Between t = 0.25 S to t = 1.00 S
ii) Between t = 2.00 S to t = 3.00 S.
Give both theoretical and experimental and % error.
USE THE INSTANTANEDUS EXPT VEROCITY TO OBTAIN AUG. EXPT ACCERERATION.
