Today was a pretty good day for someone my age. I had a restless night and was up several times.
I had to use the bathroom and my legs were aching. But, because I went to bed at 8 p.m.
I was able over the course of the night to wake up fairly rested.
When I got up my legs were still achy so I took my pain medicine as well as my medicine for my rheumatoid arthritis.
I hate taking pills, but at my age, I’m just happy to be around so I don’t complain.
Sparky, my little dog wanted to go for a walk, so after my coffee and reading the paper I got dressed and we ventured out into the cold.
We weren’t out for long because my legs hurt so bad from the cold. It really affects my arthritis. However, we did manage to make it around the block...
