Refer to the "Syllabus, Assignment Completion Guide" and,
• Put your name, course and section number, and assignment title at the top of the document.
• Use one-inch margins.
• Use a 12-point Times New Roman font.
• Use double line spacing in the document.
To earn a top score, your paper should:
• Include a clear, focused, specific thesis statement that presents an opinion in the introduction.
• Include topic sentences that introduce the content of each body paragraph.
• Follow MLA guidelines for headings, titles, page numbers, spacing, and margins.
• Follow Standard English conventions with minimal errors in grammar and mechanics.

To Submit
Using Microsoft Word (or another word processing program allowed by your instructor), save the document with a filename that includes the assignment title, your first initial, and last name. If you are using a word processing program other than Microsoft Word, please save the file type as Rich Text Format (RTF). This file of type can be opened in any word processing program.
