There have been many arguments made over what age children should be before they have permission to use the Internet. These days, however, schools often require the use of the Internet for projects and essays even on a lower elementary grade school level. This can pose a problem for some parents who are not comfortable with granting their children unrestricted access to the material found on the complete World Wide Web.
