This course is to research and study in an area of leadership â€“ independent study in leadership. Although leadership is the broad topic, for this course students write a paper, must be at least 2200 words not to exceed 2500 words, deemed suitable for publication, on a topic surrounding Resiliency and tying it into the extraordinary leadership and resiliency.
