Hi. I am Farzana Akter and currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Earlier, I completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Rajshahi Medical College in Bangladesh. I have more than 7 years of teaching experience, specializing in biology, mathematics, high school science, and human anatomy. I've taught more than 100 students so far. Also, I have experience in teaching TOEFL and my score is 101. My teaching approach focuses on student-centered active learning and inquiry-based education, encouraging students to interact with the material through discussions, problem-solving, and asking questions. I regularly use informal assessments to gauge student understanding and provide timely feedback. For me, every student is a unique opportunity to learn and grow together.
