The idea of bringing value into people’s lives, and constantly learning from these interactions keeps me motivated. I believe in Psychology's potential to play a crucial role in one’s road to excellence, happiness, and long-term physical and mental health.
This belief led to important consequences not only in my professional but personal life too. After a decade of complete detachment from practicing sports, I started training martial arts at 24, which allowed me to deepen my understanding of how mental skills are applied. I’ve been an athlete for the past 5 years, and I consistently applied mindfulness and various breathing techniques during this period. My areas of interest are habit building and anxiety management.
