1. What was the name of the survivor who you have chosen for this assessment? Please explain why you have chosen this survivor's story?

The name of the survivor who I have chosen for this assessment is Roy Nooski. The reason why I chose this person is of him being a Lejac Indian Residential School survivor that suffered torture just because of being true to his Indian roots and speaking his native language called Carrier. I find this story very disturbing because he was not only tortured mentally and physically but sexually as well despite him being a young child.

2. What is the name of the Indian Residential School (IRS) this survivor attended? Did the IRS have more than one name? Where was this IRS located? Did it move to additional locations? What years was this IRS operational? What happened to the building after it closed? If this IRS did operate in multiple locations please list those years as well.
